Shipping Policy
Free shipping for all orders above INR 7000. Jainson ships its products to almost all parts of India.
- Shipping charges vary as per weight and dimension and location. Orders above INR 7000 will be shipped free of charge.
- We ship your products within 7-14 days. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to reach your doorstep from the day it has been shipped (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time.
- Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.
- Once the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, we provide online tracking IDs for every order made on our online store. We have an email facility to inform our customers about tracking the orders. These emails are sent to the email addresses of the customers.
- Payment mode: You can pay online using Internet banking, Credit card, Debit cards, Netbanking & Wallet
- Bulk orders are accepted by the Jainson team and an enquiry form needs to be filled for such orders. Please visit the enquiry page and write your bulk requirements. The number of days that the orders will take for shipment may vary according to the quantity of the products. One of our team members will get in touch with the customers as soon as possible.

Products Policy
Delivery of goods is made to the registered addresses of the customers after they agree to pay for the goods. Any changes to the addresses should be made prior to the shipment being shipped. Jainson is not liable for any delays caused by the national courier services after the goods are shipped. The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
